Hello Jolene, I want to thank you for all your help in what to me is a big purchase/decision. "I surfed your site and found a tub that worked well for me and decided I would give the local guy the business as to get better service and a better deal. It did not go well as the local guy was going to sell me a defective tub (bleme) to try and match your price. On top of that, I waited eight weeks for a tub I never got after finally canceling the order when I found out about what they were going to do to me. The local guy would have sent any warranty work to the manufacturer anyway just like I could, so where was the benefit. So all in all for me there was no benefit in giving the local guy the business because the warranty is the same, the service was worse, the integrity was not there, and they could not beat the price of a major distributor. I have been much happier since returning to discount spas direct for the purchase of my tub, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty for my business".

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge several of your employee's professional and courteous ways. In today's world, where customer service is a thing of the past, I feel that I must express my appreciation of your employees' handling of my warranty issue.
First, I must say that my ordering experience with Discount Spas was a pleasurably one. I felt comfortable with ordering from this company and have enjoyed our spa immensely.
Unfortunately, there was a problem in the manufacturing of this spa. I contacted Stan with your company regarding the warranty of this spa. Stan responded to my letter by e-mail within minutes and before the end of the day, I was assured that authorization was approved and a new spa would be coming. I was pleasantly surprised that this warranty issue was resolved so quickly. That was something I wasn't expecting. Stan updated me several times on the status of my claim and referred me to Paula when my spa was nearing the time to send.
I e-mailed Paula and was informed that my spa would be ready for shipment on 9/17. On 9/17, I received a message from Pat from your company to arrange for the pick-up of my old spa and delivery of the new one. It was a pleasure to talk with Pat and arrange for the pick up/delivery of the spas. She was very pleasant and helpful. I have also received shipment tracking information from Discount Spas and have talked directly to American Van Lines as to pick-up/delivery.
Every aspect of my communication with this company has been pleasant. I just thought you would appreciate knowing what a good team of employees this company has.

The spa arrived and then we had to have a crane lift it over the 5 story house to the ocean side where the entrance to the health club is. Amazing how they do things here in Hong Kong. Now it is sitting on the end of the swimming pool waiting for the location to be finished for installation.
Can we work out a deal for a container load of spas to China? Thanks for all the good service!

Thank you again for the excellent service. Andre the truck driver was in much better spirits today-perhaps the call he received before he called me made a difference! Anyway, he was very cordial. Lucky for him, I caught my husband before he went up river, and he and his boss and two other employees helped unload and deliver to our back yard! From our inspection, the surfaces are fine, the color of the tub, the siding and top are all correct! Andre did take it off the pallet when he loaded it on his truck, and had it on it’s side; this concerned me, but it appears to be okay.
Once we return from our vacation, we will be able to commence with the hook ups, fill the tub, and operate. I will follow up with you at that time.
